Meta Quest 2 for Derrick to take a virtual electrician training program

Derrick is vested in practicing and honing in on his trade with the aim of becoming a master electrician. Due to classroom time and limited apprenticeship hours, his school is offering a virtual simulation program. The Meta Quest will provide Derrick with additional virtual stimulation training that will allow him to practice the skills in a safe setting and prepare him for in-person experiences. His school is providing him with an approved virtual program at no cost and this equipment will allow him to participate in additional learning opportunities and certification.
Derrick is 46 years old and lives in FL
Derrick is a father of three and studying to become an electrician at an Advanced Technology College. He is currently in his apprenticeship and has the goal of seeking a master's certification. He's invested in getting engaged in his local community and serving underrepresented youth, especially Black youth, to share about the electrical trade and the career opportunities available. While he is very focused on work, school, and internship, when he does have free time, he enjoys working out, playing football and reading.
