Kelsey is an amazing girl who is currently living in a foster home with a family friend. Foster care has been tough on her, but she has remained a very happy and hopeful. Spending time with her siblings is one of her favorite things to do. Kelsey is hoping to returned to her mother's home. She is kind and sweet to others and always has a smile on her face. At a very young age, she has become a mom herself. Kelsey is very nervous however, feels that she can be a good mother and remain in school.

Kelsey has lost some weight after she has delivered her baby. Many of her summer clothes do not fit any longer. She would love a shopping spree to Forever 21 to purchase some new summer clothes such a shorts, t-shirts, socks and a swimsuit. This shopping spree with allow Kelsey to buy some clothes to boost their self-esteem. This wish was broken into two parts, to allow for an amazing shopping experience! This is wish 1 of 2.
