Isabel is a force for change who values her relationships with her siblings. As a former foster youth, Isabel has worked hard to achieve the goals she set for herself, such as interning at the United States Capitol, earning her bachelor's degree from the University of Michigan, and working full-time to support positive change for those who experienced foster care. Isabel is currently pursuing her master's degree in public administration.

Isabel suffers from chronic migraines and allergies. Spring and summer often prove the most challenging with allergies for her, and allergies often cause more inflammation and tension, which worsens her migraines. Moreover, allergies can interfere greatly with her sleep, which worsens her migraines. In all, her migraines impede her ability to perform in her professional roles and academic pursuits.
