Donja has experienced a lot of trauma in her life. She loves taking pictures of people, places, and things as a way to express herself. Donja has been expressing her desire for a camera to start pursuing photography. Donja is very artistic and has mentioned that taking pictures outdoors helps alleviate her anxiety and depression. Photography is a way for her to convey her emotions. Receiving this camera would greatly benefit her mental health overall. Donja started her Photography 1 class in August. She plans to continue pursuing photography and will take the second class during the spring semester. Having her own camera will really help her succeed in her classes, learn more skills, and perfect her abilities.
Donja is 15 years old and lives in WV
Donja loves doing makeup and her own eyelashes, taking pictures, and anything related to photography and art. Her favorite color is purple, and her favorite food is chicken wings. She likes to cheer and run track, and she likes to tumble. She also loves school and spending time with her friends. Overall, she is a very sweet and caring child.
