Yari is an incredibly smart and generous young adult who has overcome incredible hurdles in her young life. Despite these obstacles, she remains determined. She works hard, enjoys making people laugh, and has maintained a beautiful community despite roadblocks. She has just obtained her security guard license and is eager to start a full-time job. She loves music, art, and spending time with her friends.

Yari is currently living in a homeless shelter while she tries to get back on her feet. Due to these circumstances, she does not have easy access to laundry facilities, money to pay for laundry, or a laundry basket to keep her dirty clothes in. Every time she is able to afford the cost of a laundromat, the expense is increased dramatically by having to pay for soap.
