Halie has been in care most of her life. She had multiple placements during her foster care journey, including residential and family homes. Halie is a responsible young adult who recently got her first apartment! Halie is initially shy, but give her time to get to know you, and she will be your best friend.

Halie is the last of her siblings to remain in care. One of her siblings has been adopted, and the other has aged out of care. Halie has remained in her current home for almost seven months and wants to maintain a relationship with both siblings. Halie's older sister has two children, and being able to FaceTime with her niece and nephew would mean so much to her. Having her own phone to stay with her despite placement changes will allow Halie to maintain genuine connections with her siblings.
