Therapeutic Interagency ProgramCelia is the sweetest girl, and she is taken care of by her cousin. She loves to be snuggled and hugged and has the funniest little giggle that makes everyone smile. She plays nicely with her siblings and loves rocking and feeding her baby dolls.
Celia will be super excited to have this fun tea set. She is getting into fun pretend play activities, and this will be a really good one for her. She is going to be so excited to be celebrated on her special day!
