Isaac recently aged out of the foster care system without a forever family and is living on his own for the first time. A Target gift card will be especially meaningful to him and will provide him with the ability to purchase essentials like toiletries and groceries, which are important for maintaining his well-being. Granting this wish will help him succeed independently and cover basic needs to ease some of the everyday challenges he is currently facing.
