Chloe is a sweet, reserved child. She came into foster care at three months with her twin sister, Kali, and has been with us ever since. She loves to dress up and play with her barbies. She loves to try new foods and eat everything. She is always able to seek out people who have food and ask for a taste. She is a blessing to her foster family.

Chloe, who's almost three years old, can't wait to move to a big girl bed! Sadly, she won't be able to experience this exciting change as she has been diagnosed with a rare medical condition. Her caregivers are trying to make her remaining time as joyful as possible, cherishing every moment with her and her twin sister, Kali. Despite the difficult circumstances, Chloe's resilient spirit continues to inspire everyone around her. Her family and friends are doing everything they can to make her last days as special as possible, creating beautiful memories that will be cherished forever.
