He plans to stay in his current placement until he turns 21 and finishes Bible College. He has a solid plan for his future and a wonderful foster family that supports him in being successful.
James wishes for a pair of new dress shoes to wear back to Bible college. He will be heading back for his second term and needs to replace his wore out dress shoes. This will help him look his best and meet the required dress code.
