Though foster care has been difficult for Emma, she has been able to remain positive and flexible. Emma was born with a traumatic brain injury and has done phenomenal with learning her coping skills and asking for help when needed. Emma loves school but is unsure what she wants to do when she graduates. Emma is a real special kid who is going to go so far in life!
Emma has been tirelessly balancing school and work, and she dreams of having a phone to stay connected with her family. This flip phone would not only provide her with a safe introduction to technology but also allow her to keep in touch with her siblings, giving her the support and connection she deserves.
