Kelsey is an amazing girl who is currently living in a foster home with a family friend. Foster care has been tough on her, but she has remained a very happy and hopeful. Spending time with her siblings is one of her favorite things to do. Kelsey is hoping to returned to her mother's home. She is kind and sweet to others and always has a smile on her face. At a very young age, she has become a mom herself. Kelsey is very nervous however, feels that she can be a good mother and remain in school.

Kelsey is enthusiastic about the upcoming school year and needs to purchase new polo shirts. As she is enrolled in a new school, it is mandatory for students to buy their own shirts. The school provides a choice of two colors, and all orders must be made via the school's website. Kelsey had hoped to buy two more shirts, but regrettably, her mother is currently unable to make the purchase.
