She says this with the biggest smile on her face.
Citlally can't wait for the new school year to begin! She's really excited to pick out some cool and trendy outfits that show off her unique style. She's planning to head to Target soon to find the perfect clothes for school. Citlally wants to feel confident and comfortable as she hangs out with her friends.
