Since coming out of foster care, she is the one responsible for all her siblings' needs. Jamilet would like to start a food business some day. She is close to graduating from Hostos Community College.
Jamilet's brother recently moved into her home. Due to limited living space, he is currently sharing a couch with another sibling. This arrangement has made it difficult for both of them to get a good night's sleep, leading to tension and discomfort in the home. A new bed for the shared space would greatly improve their sleeping conditions and contribute to a more harmonious and comfortable living environment for everyone in the household.
