Zaiden is an awesome boy who has been in foster care since he was 8 months old. Last week, Zaiden finally received the wish of his life by being returned home to his mother. Foster care took a tough toll on Zaiden which affected his overall functioning. Being removed from his mother at 8 months old was one of the hardest moments for Zaiden and his mother who was a teenager at the time. His life has turned around and his mother has been committed to his health, education, and growth. Zaiden loves watching YouTube shorts and playing video games. He is very interactive and curious about the world around him, often asking questions about how buildings are built and why the school was invented. Zaiden enjoys playing outside and going to the movies with his family.

Zaiden doesn't always get to shop for the clothes he likes. Typically, his foster parent purchases his clothes, and they struggle every day to get him dressed as he doesn't like the clothes they choose. As Zaiden has stated, "It's not his style." He struggled with bullying due to the clothes he wore last year and doesn't want the same experience this school year. At this age, he is exploring his likes and dislikes and would love the chance to go shopping and choose the clothes he likes for the new school year.
