Carroll County Foster Parent AssociationRiver is a sweet boy who loves his foster family. He is busy learning about his surroundings and his world, and gives an easy grin to anyone he meets. He has the best little giggle and gives the best hugs.
River is learning to get around and needs to work on his fine and gross motor skills. He would enjoy having a climbing toy and ball pit. This will provide a safe area for him to explore, while also working on those essential skills he needs to develop.
