Sayra is a resilient young lady. She is confident and enjoys the simple things. Sayra was born in Central America and has limited support in the States. Her foster mother is very supportive and provides constant positive feedback. Sayra enjoys playing soccer. She is very artistic and works hard to continue to improve her English (ESL). Sayra does not ask for much and is happy to learn new skills. Sayra maintains good grades in school. Sayra does not have many friends, but she is open to participating in community events and volunteering programs.

Sayra has never had her own laptop. She loves learning and uses her resource parent's computer to practice her ESL and uses art and design sites. When asked what she needed, she mentioned that having her own computer would be nice. She would be so happy to get this laptop and continue her studies!
