Vanessa is an artistic child who currently resides in a residential facility. Vanessa enjoys engaging with others through arts & crafts. Vanessa loves to read, make origami, do puzzles and create beautiful art. Vanessa has started to get joy out of exploring nature and being around other people. Living in foster care has been hard for Vanessa and she has been in and out of crisis several times but she continues to have a good attitude. Vanessa is a kind hearted and thoughtful child whose smile lights up a room !

Vanessa is an avid reader who uses reading as a coping skill and a form of escape. She has discovered the joy of Harry Potter and needs Books 6 and 7 to finish reading the series. She would be thrilled to find out what happens in "Half-Blood Prince" and "Deathly Hallows"!
