Rose is a princess! She loves all things girly! She isn’t sure yet which Disney princess she wants to be, but she knows she wants to sparkle! Giving her this chance to go to the store and select the dress that calls to her is an experience she has never had. She will be beautiful in whatever she chooses!
Rose is 8 years old and lives in PA
Rose is one of the sweetest girls. She loves to play outside, dance and participates in soccer. She’s been in care for almost a year now and it’s hard for her to be separated from her sister who is in a different foster home. The girls see each other often as the foster families are close but it just isn’t the same.
