Kelsey is a kind and resilient young mother who is working hard to build a positive future for herself and her daughter. Despite facing many challenges at a young age, she remains hopeful and determined to continue her education while learning how to be the best mother she can be. Kelsey is currently living in a foster home with a family friend. Although time in foster care has been difficult, she continues to stay positive and looks forward to the possibility of returning home to be reunited with her family. Spending time with her siblings is one of the things she enjoys most, and those connections mean a great deal to her. Recently becoming a mother herself has brought both excitement and nervousness as she adjusts to this new chapter in her life. Even with the challenges she faces, Kelsey remains committed to finishing school and creating a stable future for herself and her daughter. Those who know Kelsey describe her as kind, caring, and always smiling. She continues to move forward with courage and determination as she works toward becoming a confident young mother and achieving her goals.

Kelsey's little girl is growing quickly. As the leaves begin to fall and the air gets a little chilly, Kelsey would like to dress her daughter warmly. She is asking for a Target gift card so that she can buy some long-sleeve shirts, sweaters, a jacket, and t-shirts for her little girl. Kelsey is focusing on her education and is too young to get a job right now. Babysitting is not an option as her hands are full with her school work and her little 3-month-old girl.
