Therapeutic Interagency ProgramRosie was born in foster care while her mother was also in foster care. She is a sweet girl who can be quite shy when meeting new people. Rosie loves to be read to and enjoys playing quiet games with her mom. Although she has some developmental delays and participates in various therapies, she always maintains a positive attitude, even when the work becomes challenging. Rosie is truly a joy to be around.
Rosie is going to be so excited to trick or treat this year. She knows so many of her neighbors and is going to be so proud to show them how great she looks in her red princess dress. She will be smiling ear to ear!
