Shoes for Curtis who lost everything when he was placed in foster care

Curtis, 13 years old

Wish submitted by:

VA DSS - Chesapeake City County

Curtis and his three siblings were recently placed in foster care because they were homeless. Curtis was very upset that he couldn't be placed in the same foster home as his two younger siblings. However, he is now in a new foster home and doing great. He is still upset that he had to leave most of his belongings when he was placed in foster care. Curtis enjoys playing baseball and loves to visit with his siblings.

Curtis was unexpectedly placed in foster care, and all of his belongings were left behind and destroyed. He had a difficult time adjusting to foster care without his siblings and was hospitalized for a week. However, he is doing much better now and enjoys his new foster home. Curtis recently requested a new pair of shoes to replace the ones he lost. Specifically, he asked for a pair of blue Jordan tennis shoes. All of his lost belongings have been replaced, and the foster family appreciates any extra help they can get.
