Fostering Hope - BucksJulie has the biggest smile of any kid. She has been in foster care for several years and has watched her siblings be adopted, and yet she still hasn’t found her forever home. But hopefully, that is about to change as she just moved in with an amazing family who is excited and prepared to take on the challenges that come from the trauma Julie has faced. This sweet girl will soon be able to smile more!
Julie is super into Avatar. Her foster parents showed it to her a few weeks ago, and she’s obsessed! It’s no wonder she’s choosing to be a character from the movie for Halloween! This is the first time she will trick or treat in her neighborhood, and she can’t wait!
