Tammy is an amazing girl who has been through a lot in her life. She's bounced around a couple of times but is currently living in a licensed foster home and is waiting for permanency to take place with the foster parents she's living with. Despite everything she's been through, Tammy continues to be a very sweet person and always lifts people up around them with their smile. She's also very smart and thrives in school.

Max loves to keep in touch with old friends and play video games, so she tries to stream herself when she's playing video games with friends. Since many of her friends don't live near her, Max wants a laptop to stream and connect with them online. She also stated that she wants a laptop so she can use it for school since she's in harder classes next semester. Max reported that a new laptop would help her get work done faster and more efficiently.
