Vanessa is the oldest of four children and a friendly and sensitive child who enjoys school and her friends. Vanessa is creative and learned to sew and draw in a fashion design class and loves practicing these skills. Vanessa has experienced trauma both personally and in her family of origin and has worked hard with her therapist to learn skills for coping with memories and trauma and practicing skills of self-care. Vanessa has gained a lot of insight and has learned to be resourceful in coping with life. One thing that she enjoys and which she says calms her from the anxiety she experiences is drawing.

Vanessa is pregnant and struggles to sleep at night. Pregnancy can strain not only your body but also your sleep. Vanessa is very uncomfortable, especially at night. Having a maternity pillow will provide comfort and help with a full night's rest.
