Jeff is a young teenage girl that is in a residential program. She has been bounced around between foster homes and program for the last couple of months and in the process has lost a lot of her personal belongings that she held near and dear. Jeff does not have any family and has had a hard time making friends in the program. She loves to write stories and draw and can often be found singing.

Jeff loves Hello Kitty and due to moving around a lot has lost all of her personal belongings which included many Hello Kitty items. She has had trouble making friends at her program and has no family, she would love a Hello Kitty stuffed animal to snuggle with at night when she is feeling all alone.
