CASA NJ - Monmouth CountyEric has a lot of special needs, including autism. He is primarily non-verbal, although he is learning a few words like cookie, ball, more, no, and dog. In spite of being in foster care since he was 2 years old, he is a lovable, outgoing young boy. He loves to play basketball, play in pools, ride horses and swing on the swing set at school.
Eric is in a treatment home, and the staff loves him. He is a ball of sunshine. Eric has faced many challenges in his life, but he is sure to have a smile on his face. Eric is autistic and nonverbal and uses an iPad to communicate with the staff and his friends. Eric was hoping to get an iPad case to protect his mode of communication.
