Kelsey is an amazing girl who is currently living in a foster home with a family friend. Foster care has been tough on her, but she has remained a very happy and hopeful. Spending time with her siblings is one of her favorite things to do. Kelsey is hoping to returned to her mother's home. She is kind and sweet to others and always has a smile on her face. At a very young age, she has become a mom herself. Kelsey is very nervous however, feels that she can be a good mother and remain in school.

Kelsey has been contemplating taking her little one out for trick-or-treating, even though her child can't eat candy yet. Kelsey's aunt has decided to help by passing out candy with her, allowing her to enjoy the evening. She would also like to get a cute outfit for her little one so they can take some photos to keep as memories. Granting this wish will give her beautiful keepsake pictures of her sweet baby.
