Zahmir is a bright and energetic child in foster care with his baby brother. He loves riding his balance bike, making his brother laugh with his silly dances, and exploring his favorite topics—space, cars, and the weather. Zahmir is incredibly smart, proudly spelling his name out loud and identifying all the letters. With the help of ABA and play therapy, he’s working hard to overcome challenges related to autism and developmental delays, growing and learning more each day.

Zahmir is an amazing, energetic little guy, full of life and adventure! He loves going fast, climbing, and swinging—he’d spend all day on the playground if he could! In his new placement, Zahmir has made incredible progress, learning new skills and building core strength through play. Engaging in activities like climbing helps him improve hand-eye coordination, all while having fun. His joyful laugh and contagious smile light up everyone around him, and his caregivers are devoted to giving him the best possible experiences. They are determined to help him overcome any setbacks and ensure he enjoys all the joys of childhood.
