Kay is a sweet girl who has been a victim of domestic violence. She and her mother had to relocate to escape her abusive father. Despite her young age, Kay is wise beyond her years due to having to be a support system for her mother. She also suffers from anxiety and PTSD. Despite her present situation, Kay is extremely resilient, and given time, she will heal. She just needs the opportunity to be a little girl.

A trip to Target is needed to purchase some personal care products for Kay. Kay is a beautiful young soul who has recently lost her dad and has faced many challenges within her family, including homelessness and moving from home to home. During this time, Kay’s mom was informed by Kay’s pediatrician that she had a very severe case of eczema. In Kay’s hair, it appears she may also have psoriasis. Her mom was instructed to use certain products in addition to the prescription she was given to treat Kay’s issues. While she received a prescription for shampoo and a steroid for Kay, she was advised to use them as needed. Kay needs products that she can use daily but are very expensive.
