Safeway gift card for AD who needs groceries until he gets financial assistance

AD has been facing challenges with renewing his Electronic Benefits Transfer (EBT) card, leaving him without groceries for an extended period this semester. With many responsibilities piling up, he hadn’t been closely monitoring his budget until he realized he was overextended and would need to wait for his second semester funds to come in. Fortunately, he is receiving support to manage his budget through December. In the meantime, a Safeway gift card would greatly assist him in shopping at nearby grocery stores while he awaits his EBT renewal. This request has been split into two wishes to allow for a successful shopping trip! This is wish 1 of 2.
AD is 20 years old and lives in CA
AD is at one of the top public universities in the world with an eye towards media or film studies. Despite a solid first year, the second year has been incredibly stressful, with challenges around mental health, bio and foster families, academics, and belonging within a large campus. Prior to college, he attended over 15 schools and navigated on his own to ensure his future. However, it has been quite overwhelming and we are continuing to support him during this slightly prolonged transition. Hobbies that bring him joy are listening to music of all genres, styling people, playing basketball, and skateboarding.
