Rowan is a happy, friendly boy who loves to play outdoors. His favorite toys are cars and robots. When he's playing indoors he loves to set up blocks and use them as roads for his cars. He builds some very interesting and creative tracks! He also loves everything to do with the ocean and sea creatures. His favorite color is blue! When Rowan grows up he wants to be a police officer to keep people safe.

Rowan is such a huge fan of Mario Kart! He can't stop thinking about how awesome it would be to have a Mario Kart Hot Wheels track to play with during his free time. This cool set not only features a thrilling raceway but also comes with character cars from the game, which makes it even more exciting!
