Lilith was born prematurely and was prenatally exposed to substances. Without any extended family to care for her, she was placed in a foster home. In her foster home, Lilith is thriving. She is loved and treated like a true member of the family. She smiles often, enjoys holding small toys in her hands, and loves being held by her foster mother.
