KFS&CKay is a sweet girl who has been a victim of domestic violence. She and her mother had to relocate to escape her abusive father. Despite her young age, Kay is wise beyond her years due to having to be a support system for her mother. She also suffers from anxiety and PTSD. Despite her present situation, Kay is extremely resilient, and given time, she will heal. She just needs the opportunity to be a little girl.
Kay needs warm clothing to get through the winter months. She recently experienced a growth spurt and can no longer wear her winter clothes from last year. Since she and her mother do not have transportation and have to walk in most places, warm clothes are essential for keeping Kay healthy and strong during their travels.
