A PlayStation for Kurt who has never had his own gaming console
Kurt, 15 years old, NC |
Wish submitted by:
Foster Parent Association of WilkesKurt came into care with nothing, having no shoes and no clean clothes. He is a cheerful, carefree young man who loves the outdoors, enjoys running, and has a great sense of fun. Kurt enjoys junk food, remote control trucks, and watching cartoons. He previously experienced a failed adoption and has returned to the system.
Kurt dreams of unwrapping a PlayStation this Christmas, a wish fueled by a longing he's carried for years. Unlike many of his friends who already own their own game consoles, he has always relied on limited opportunities to play video games at their houses. The thought of having his very own system excites him, allowing him the freedom to immerse himself in his favorite games right after finishing his homework. He imagines the satisfaction of completing his assignments, knowing he will soon be able to relax and unwind in front of the screen, diving into epic adventures and challenges. Owning a PlayStation would not only provide a comforting retreat from his daily responsibilities but also create a social hub at his house, where friends could gather to play together or team up for online gaming sessions. This new game console would serve as a powerful source of motivation, encouraging him to stay on top of his chores and studies, all for the joyful reward of gaming in his own space.
