Leonaldo was recently separated from his father, who had to move to a different state. Leonaldo's two older stepbrothers also moved, and Leonaldo is now in the care of his mother, who is doing the best that she can to support her son. Leonaldo is a very active child who enjoys partaking in arts and crafts with his mother. Despite Leonaldo's recent separation from his father and older siblings, Leonaldo has maintained a positive and loving attitude towards his mother and other family members.

Leonaldo has a speech delay, and his mother is actively working with him to improve his speech. Leonaldo's mother will use the note board to keep helping Leonaldo with his speech. Leonaldo's mother will also use this note board to continue learning the ABC'S and numbers before he begins pre-school.
