An electric scooter for Marshall to race with his brothers

Carroll County Foster Parent AssociationMarshall is the youngest of two brothers. He loves being outside and playing with swords. He is most definitely the middle child. He is a hoot. He wants to be a "fighter" when he grows up. He loves gifts and is always growing out of his clothes too fast! He loves playing with bubbles with his younger brother and he loves riding his motorcycle ( bike) with his older brother. He loves to play baseball outside. He also is a mad card game player. He is great at go-fish and any matching game.
Marshall has been adopted along with his biological brother and also lives with two additional adopted brothers, so their family is always on the go with lots of boys! The boys love to play outside and race. Marshall would love to zoom around the yard with his brothers. This would be an amazing outlet for them all to enjoy time together and get rid of that extra energy.
