Tiara is a spunky girl with a vibrant personality. She loves to dance whenever she hears music and is a sweet big sister to her little brother. With a passion for coloring and playing outside, she enjoys attending school to spend time with her friends and teachers. Although Tiara faced delays in many of her developmental milestones due to neglect while her parents were unable to care for her, she has moved to foster care, where she is actively working to catch up on her skills.

Tiara loves to dress up and be a big kid. She will love this cute purse that she can carry around with all of her important stuff. This purse has pretend money, lipstick, a key, a phone, and so much more so that Tiara can have fun on the go. It will be so fun to watch Tiara experience the magic of Christmas.
