She has three sisters who are also in foster care, but they all live in separate households. They are able to see each other about once a month, which is Madison's favorite time. She is excited about gaining independence and hopes to learn new skills as she grows older.
When Madison was removed from her home, she was unable to take all of her personal belongings. Over the past year, she has gone through several placements, resulting in the loss of some of her clothing during those moves. While she greatly appreciates the second-hand clothing she has received, she would really love a new pair of sneakers for the holidays this year. Having her own pair would mean a lot to her, and they are very trendy among her friends and peers!
