Daila has been in and out of foster homes and has suffered from severe depression. However, Daila has been living in a foster home and has shown a tremendous change in her behavior for the better. She has made significant progress in learning to express her feelings and show more love. Daila finds joy in activities such as drawing, listening to music, remodeling old furniture, playing video games, and spending time with her closest friends. She has set a goal to be the best version of herself and build a brighter future.

Daila's birthday is approaching, and she’s hoping to start rebuilding her shoe collection from her time in foster care. Unfortunately, the constant moves made it hard for her to keep her belongings, leaving her with very little. Now that she’s found her forever home, Daila feels truly wanted and is creating new memories. One of her dreams is to have different shoes to match her outfits, which would boost her confidence and help her avoid teasing at school. Right now, Daila really wants a pair of UGG boots. They’re warm and cozy, perfect for the cold months. Since she’s never owned a pair due to their high price, this gift would mean the world to her and truly feel like a dream come true.
