Daila has been in and out of foster homes and has suffered from severe depression. However, Daila has been living in a foster home and has shown a tremendous change in her behavior for the better. She has made significant progress in learning to express her feelings and show more love. Daila finds joy in activities such as drawing, listening to music, remodeling old furniture, playing video games, and spending time with her closest friends. She has set a goal to be the best version of herself and build a brighter future.

Daila is incredibly excited about her birthday in February! For her special day, she would love to receive a pair of trendy sweatpants. Comfortable clothing perfectly reflects her tomboy personality. This gift wouldn’t just be about fashion; it would allow her to express herself and begin building the clothing collection she'd always envisioned. She lost several pieces of clothing while staying in group homes. Unfortunately, her monthly foster care budget only covers snacks and small items from the store. Fulfilling this wish would bring Daila immense joy on her birthday and truly highlight the sense of belonging and love she’s found in her new home.
