They have been an active voice for foster youth through his work with organizations like the National Foster Youth Institute, Sanctuary of Hope, and Kids in the Spotlight, where he currently serves as a peer mentor on the mutual aid network investigating the overmedication of youth in foster care. Miles is an exceptionally talented artist, musician, and community organizer who uplifts and inspires those around them.
Miles is currently living downwind from the LA fires and had to rush to the store last night to purchase air filters and an air purifier to help them clear their house. Miles used the last of their funds to purchase this equipment and is in need of support to cover groceries for the next few days as they hunker down and stay inside to avoid flaring up their asthma.
