After court discussions, it was reported by Nobel’s doctor that since he was diagnosed with Sickle Cell disease, he should not be out in the cold for too long as it can trigger an episode. An Uber gift card will enable him to not be out in the cold for too long. as he searches for employment to help pay for his expenses.
