City Living NYJovani is a hardworking, determined young man who spent twelve years of his life in foster care. He has been living on his own and enjoys having his own space. He currently works as a security guard but hopes to get licensed to drive buses for the MTA. His hobbies and interests include playing video games, writing short stories, drawing, coloring, and watching basketball.
Jovani is living on a very tight budget. After meeting with his social worker, he determined that food expenses, especially eating out, is one area that he could cut costs. Meal prepping would go a long way towards helping Jovani make the most of his grocery purchases. However, he does not have the food storage containers he needs safely store the food he prepares for the week. Funding this week will enable Jovani to lead a healthier and more cost effective life.
