Foster Hearts Region 3Theo is a happy little guy who has been in foster care since birth. He is making great strides and smiles and babbles. He is very strong and even has already turned himself over, much to his surprise. Even with his great progress, Theo still has some developmental delays.
Theo is a very active and athletic little guy. He is agile and can run and jump with ease. He has mastered his three-wheeled trike and is ready to transition to a balance bike. Theo regulates his energy by running, swinging, and riding quickly on his trike. This balance bike will provide him with excellent exercise, support his development, and help him manage his emotions.
