Alisha is a single mother of two daughters. She has graduated with her Associate of Science in Criminal Justice and is a 4.0 student currently obtaining her Bachelor's in Human Resource Management. Her career aspirations include being a resource for people in need and helping them achieve their goals, whether through direct service to clients or by advocating for policy changes in systems. Alisha is a valuable asset to everyone she encounters, always sharing resources to provide support to others. She is being supported by Generation Hope to set her up for success.

Alisha faced the loss of her grandfather and her job during the fall 2024 school semester. She has since started a new full-time job with a nonprofit organization that supports elderly and disabled individuals, all while completing her final semester of school. This new schedule requires her daughters to be in full-time childcare during her work hours. The childcare center that aligns best with Alisha's family needs has reserved spots for both of her daughters, but they require a deposit before she can secure their enrollment. Meeting this need will ensure that Alisha's daughters receive safe care, allowing her to work and provide for her family with peace of mind.
