Kiera is a hardworking, passionate woman who was in foster care for many years growing up in LA County. She recognizes the faults of the foster care system, including how it continues to affect her today. Despite the odds, Kiera graduated high school with honors and obtained her associates degree in nursing. In her free time, Kiera enjoys reading the Bible, doing yoga, and watching Black Panther.

Kiera is enrolled in a writing class where she frequently writes essays on her iPad. Since she doesn’t have a laptop, she wants to be as efficient as possible while typing out her long assignments.
