Mary is a bright young woman who has spent her entire life in foster care. She often changed schools, moving frequently, including twice during her senior year. Despite the challenges of transferring schools so many times, she graduated near the top of her class in May 2024. Mary possesses more resilience than many adults, and she can often be found at the youth center in her town, where she mentors and tutors high school students. A passionate softball player, Mary is working on starting a youth softball team as part of her after-school program at the youth center. She has a goal of becoming a registered nurse and will soon be entering a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) program. Her plan is to graduate from this program and then bridge over to become a Registered Nurse (RN). With her dedication to health and fitness, along with her commitment to education, Mary is determined to achieve her goals and beyond.

Mary's dream of becoming an LPN is within reach! She needs a laptop so that she can start her classes. This wish will give her a laptop and jumpstart her new career!
