Miguel is looking for help to get an electric bike that would make commuting to his new job easier. He’s had a tough upbringing, having lived in five different foster homes, and now he’s in a group home where transportation options are limited. Riding the bus, especially in the evening, makes him really anxious and afraid, which complicates his commutes. An electric bike could give him the independence he craves and really support him as he starts this new chapter in his life.
Miguel is 15 years old and lives in FL
Miguel is a young man living in a group home. He was removed from his biological mother when he was 11 years old and has since experienced instability, moving in and out of foster care across five different homes. Despite these challenges, Miguel takes on the responsibility of caring for and protecting his younger brother. He is a kind and respectful individual who strives to do the right thing and treat others well. Academically, Miguel is an excellent student, particularly excelling in Science and History. In his free time, he enjoys playing basketball and video games.
