WA DCYF - Aberdeen CountyCarter and his brother have been in foster care, but they have finally found their forever home. Carter enjoys building with Legos, and his current favorite sets are from Ninjago because he is really into ninjas at the moment. He also likes superheroes. Carter loves playing with his brother and enjoys being outside when the weather is nice. Additionally, he has a fondness for animals.
Carter and his brother are being adopted, and to celebrate, Carter picked out a Ninjago Lego set. He thinks it will be fun for them to build it together after the adoption, helping them bond as brothers.
